Gina, I can't tell you how much I enjoy your newsletter, and your recent one has really helped me. I keep checking in on my state of mind, just as you suggested, and I can't believe how much improvement it needs. I seem to be tense all the time, without even realizing it. FAQ's / Policies

1. How do I place an order?

You may place your order on-line simply by adding desired items to our shopping cart. When you are done shopping, you may then checkout with our secure checkout process. If you have any questions about ordering contact gina@vedasun.com or call us at 201-274-4961. Your order will be carefully packaged and don't be surprised if you get an extra sample or two with your order. We just love to show how much we appreciate your business!

2. When can I expect to receive my order?

Your order is very important to us and we do our best to expedite them with quality and care. In-stock items will ship out within 5 business days of your purchase date so you can expect to receive your order 8-10 days after it is placed. If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email within 24 hours and we will let you know approximately when that product will be back in stock.

3. What is your return policy?

If you are anything less than totally happy with any of our products, let us know within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or product exchange. Please email us at gina@vedasun.com concerning your return and to obtain a return authorization code. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you received products that were damaged during shipping, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please hold on to all original packaging because all damaged products are to be returned in its original packaging. We will promptly ship out product replacements upon receiving the damaged items.

4. Is my information kept private?

All of your information is kept secure and private. We do not share, rent or sell any of your information gathered from this website to any 3rd parties. All payment information is processed securely through PayPal.

5. What are you shipping costs?

You are charged actual shipping costs to your destination. We ship anywhere in the contintental United States. We do not sell wholesale at this time, but for future reference, wholesale orders will be charged actual shipping costs based on weight of shipment.

6. What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and paypal payments securely and hassle free through Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD. You can also call VedaSun at 201-274-4961 to place a credit card order over the phone if you prefer. If you would like to pay by check please contact us at gina@vedasun.com and we will assist you with your purchase by check. Your order will be shipped out after payment has been received and cleared.

7. Do you gift wrap?

We love to gift wrap! Gift wrapping is available for a small fee and we will include a special blank note card with each gift.  We can also customize a gift package for you, write out and enclose a gift card and ship it to your desired destination within the continental United States.  We will choose the best wrapping for your chosen gift. Just leave it to us and we will wrap away!  Contact us at gina@vedasun.com and we will take special care of you.
