Happy Tuesday!

Hello to everyone! I hope the twice a month  newsletter is working out for everyone.  
*Quick note for those of you who recently signed up for Pathway to Presence - I did a survey to see how often my subscribers would like the newsletter and twice a month won by a slim margin. So just in case anyone missed it, that is the reason you are getting it every other week now rather than every week. You may however get a special announcement from me in between in case there is one, just so you know :).

I have lots of info to share so I'll get right to it.

~ I'm starting to slowly add my Aromatherapy Luminary Tips to my blog. I've had people request some of the tips after they read and then deleted the newsletter so now you won't have to worry. Aromatherapy Luminary Tip

Car Scents - 

Another one of my favorite ways (I have a lot of them don't I), of using essential oils is in a car diffuser. The diffuser goes right where the lighter is in your car and it comes with a small pad that goes in the diffuser. You put a few drops on the pad, then stick the diffuser in the lighter slot and wa-lah, instant Aromatherapy. 

You just want to make sure to use uplifting and invigorating scents when operating any vehicle - you don't want to be using anything that will calm you too much or put you to sleep, obviously. I'm using a blend in my car right now with Rosemary, Lemon and Peppermint. When I open the door, I can still smell the uplifting aroma and it always puts a smile on my face. You can find car diffusers at Whole Foods  Markets.

Here's some essential oils you can use for the car:
~Rosemary
~Peppermint
~Spearmint
~Grapefruit
~Lemon
~Orange
~Lime
~Bergamot
~Petitgrain
~Lemongrass
~Ginger
~Juniper

Use one essential oil by itself or blend 2-3 together to make a blend. If making a blend, it's a good idea to use at least one of the citrus oils since they will help to lighten the scent of some of the stronger, intense aromas of Peppermint, Juniper, Ginger or Rosemary for example.
